The facilitators, Mr. James and Mr. Jeremy, demonstrate a high level of expertise and professionalism, and their guidance has significantly contributed to my understanding of physiotherapy within the context of Australian private practice.

This course is greatly enhancing my clinical knowledge and professional development, and I am confident it will support my successful integration into the Australian healthcare system. Thank you for this amazing course.

I am also a participant in this course and I also liked it very much, the kind of balanced information which can be conveniently grasped, and the contents are so interesting that a person does not get bored, but rather every week I wait for Monday to attend the session.

I could not attend today's session, so I was waiting for the recording the whole day, I think this says a lot about how interesting the course is. I encourage everyone who wants to understand the Australian practices context to enrol into this course.

I wanted to share my feedback regarding the MAPPP course. It was truly a valuable opportunity to attend this program before beginning work in Australia. The course provided me with clear and comprehensive insights, from the basics to the finer details about how Australian private practices work.

As someone moving from another country, I understand that no matter how strong our clinical skills may be, adapting to a new work culture is essential. Often, learning this only after arrival can feel overwhelming. However, the structure and content of this course gave me a very clear idea in advance of what to expect, which I believe will make the transition much smoother.

I found the course to be a complete starter pack, covering practical aspects such as ways of working in Australian private practice, treatment planning, patient expectations, areas where I can further develop myself to excel, and how to build a caseload as a new physiotherapist in a new environment. During the course, I also appeared for a few interviews, and I noticed a significant difference. While discussing cases and treatment plans, I felt much more confident because this time I was framing my responses in line with Australian employers’ and patients’ expectations. As a result, the interviews went far more smoothly than before.

One of the most valuable aspects of the course was the way it was delivered. The information was very well-balanced, neither too little nor overwhelming in volume. Everything was explained with such clarity and relevance to our level of practice that it felt easier to grasp. Both of you brought in vast knowledge and expertise, yet taught in such an approachable, structured, and supportive way that nothing felt daunting. I truly admire the effort you put into tailoring the content for overseas physios, making sure it was practical, engaging, and confidence-building. Your mentorship style was not only highly professional but also very motivating, and it made the entire learning experience extremely enjoyable and enriching.

One of the best courses that i have done. The best part of the course is that it does not only focus on the clinical side of the things but also teaches you how to deal, treat and communicate with your patients as well. It was a great investment in my professional development and I have learnt a lot from the course.

I highly recommend it to my fellow Pakistani physios who are looking to work in Australia. If you need to find work and employers, upgrade yourselves and get in touch with James! Thank you for the knowledge and guidance James and Jeremy

Jimson James

Thank you for the MAPP course. It has provided me with valuable insights into physiotherapy private practice in Australia and clarified many of my doubts. I now feel much more confident in attending interviews and have a clearer understanding of what employers in Australia expect, as well as what patients generally seek from a physiotherapist.

I am happy to share my feedback and would highly recommend this course to international physiotherapists who aspire to practise in Australia.

I would like to sincerely thank both of you for the excellent MAPPP course. It was extremely helpful and provided valuable insights into patient treatment approaches.

I initially decided to enroll in this course after attending the Manual Therapy Workshop conducted in Sri Lanka.

That experience motivated me to further expand my knowledge, and choosing the MAPPP course turned out to be a very worthwhile decision.

Unfortunately, due to my work schedule, I was not always able to attend the live online sessions. However, I made sure to watch the recorded sessions offline, and I must say that the content was still very clear, engaging, and highly beneficial.

Your mentorship and the structured teaching throughout the course have given me valuable insights that will definitely help me in treating my patients more effectively. I truly appreciate the effort both of you have put into delivering this program.

Thank you again for your guidance and support. I would highly recommend this course to other clinicians as well.

If you’re internationally trained, interviewing for a role in an Australian private practice can feel like the biggest hurdle. In reality, that challenge lasts about an hour—successfully transitioning into private practice is the real test.

Successfully transitioning into an Australian private practice, however, can take months to truly master.

When I interview candidates, I consistently notice a difference between those who have completed this course and actively applied its principles in their daily practice, and those who haven’t.

The difference shows in their confidence, clinical reasoning, and understanding of how private practice operates in Australia.

What’s interesting is that many of the principles are universal. Even if you already own a practice in your home country, there’s a strong chance you could apply these ideas to make your business more efficient and profitable.

In my view, it’s a worthwhile investment for anyone serious about succeeding in private practice.
