MAPPP Elite is for overseas-trained physiotherapists who have completed MAPPP and are ready to move into the employment phase of their Australian journey. You already have the foundational knowledge. This program is about converting that knowledge into a job offer.

Group Session 1 — Australian Communication Style & Your First 90 Days
A 90-minute live Zoom session covering how Australian patients actually behave, how to build trust from the first session, what your employer is watching in the first four weeks, and how to set treatment frequency confidently from day one.
Group Session 2 — Sponsorship Strategy & the Australian Job Market
A 90-minute live Zoom session covering the reality of sponsorship from an employer's perspective, how to raise it in an interview, what makes an employer say yes, and exactly how our network works on your behalf — including the weekly application list process.
Clinical Reasoning Sessions — Groups of Up to 4
Two live Zoom clinical reasoning sessions, each 60 minutes. One with Jeremy, one with James. These are deliberately small so that every person is actively engaged, questioned directly, and debriefed.
Case presentations mirror what you may face in a real interview. You will be put on the spot — it is much better to experience that pressure here.
Individual Interview Simulation
A 30-minute 1:1 mock interview conducted by Jeremy or James, structured exactly like a real Australian private practice interview. Twenty minutes of questioning — clinical scenarios, philosophy, difficult patient questions, and sponsorship — followed by ten minutes of direct, honest debrief.
Personalised CV Written Feedback
Your CV is reviewed by Jeremy or James before your interview simulation. Written feedback is returned to you privately, covering format, clinical experience, Australian-specific adjustments, and registration clarity. Any issues are addressed during your interview debrief.
Why We Limit Numbers
MAPPP Elite is intentionally small. A full cohort is a maximum of 8 participants. The clinical reasoning sessions run in groups of no more than 4.
This is not a scalable online course. It is a high-touch program where James and Jeremy know every participant by name, by clinical profile, and by employment goal — because that knowledge is what makes our employer advocacy meaningful. We can only endorse people we genuinely know.
Places are limited and will not be extended beyond the cohort cap. If you are interested, we recommend registering interest early.
